  • Cannot RTO anything with plumbing, extensive electrical, flooring, or drywall
  • Delivery distance limit is 150 miles

We do not RTO AS-IS containers. Cannot deliver RTO containers to NJ, MN, AK, HI. 


Rent To Own

Rent to Own does not use an interest rate. This is a month-to-month rental contract and once you complete your rental term, you own the container. There is no interest or principal, this is a rental rate. No hidden fees or buyouts. We are not a traditional financial institution and do not offer loans.

We do not run credit checks prior to approval, and we do not report to credit agencies. We do have the option to run a public background check at our discretion.

No. There is an early payoff discount of 33%.

Yes, the you can move the container with our approval. You will be responsible for all transportation charges.
